November 7, 1985 is the 100th anniversary of the completion of the Canadian Pacific's transcontinental line. Happy anniversary! This month's TRAINS Magazine did a theme issue on Canadian railroading, with major features on the CP through the Selkirks and the CN and CP in Manitoba. Excellent reading. Carl Blesch
