[net.followup] MAD programmer's apocryphal .22 victim

AHA!!! Here's the opportunity I've been waiting for to start a fight.
Let's reopen the old argument about the relative merits of .22 and .25
caliber handguns. Maybe if we get absorb enough space, we will not
only horrify everybody with discussions of impact energies and tissue
damage, but - with any luck - force the institution of a net.guns
so the normal majority can go back to their swords and potions
and chain mail.

The guy was shot in the face five times with a .22, managed
to chase down and throttle his assailant *to death*, and
was charged with murder? Wow! That's enough to shake
your whole confidence in .22 caliber weapons!

Your pal,

Ken Rhodes

I vote for the .25. I have a .25 Jetfire (tm) automatic with an eight shot
clip plus one in the chamber. There's a bullet on the market called the
"BAT Bullet" (tm) (stands for Blitz Action Trauma) that carries quite a
bit more "punch". Makes the .25 almost as good as a .32.

Why not net.psychopathic.handgunners? :-)
