Has anyone out there in net land ever attempted to convert RTR (ready-to-run) equipment (preferably European) to run on Walther's code 83 rail? Do the wheels need to be turned to reduce the flange size? How about code 40? (I am talking about HO scale.) Also, what is the easiest and safest way to make window glazing for locomotives and passenger cars that is flush with the outside rather than the inside of the plastic walls? How about starting a pool of ideas, tips and techniques, where everybody can contribute? Such an activity will enhance the net.railroad group and bring us closer together. I'd be glad to hear your opinion on the subject. George Karayannopoulos
