Just where can I find a map of Phlan and the surrounding area in the game?

Now, I know there is one in the Journal entries, but where is that located in
the game? (It's REAL hard to miss in the Journal--2 pages of RED)

I getting kind of tired of the council sending me on missions and not telling
me where, for example, Podal's Plaza is!
