Hello! I'm new to this list. Please excuse me if I've missed the answer to my question from before. I have an old '027' gauge Lionel 2-6-2 steam engine from circa 1954 and am looking to find an ORIGINAL nose plate for it. This is something of a restoration job. The nose plate covered up access to the light bulb that provided light out the nose lens. I'm also looking to find out what that light bulb was so I can find another one. Anyone have any suggestions as to where I might look? Lionel would do nicely. Where are they these days? I header they've been bought at least once lately? Anyplace else around? Near Boston MA. would be nice but not necessary. Chris Johnson johnson%northeastern (CSNet) johnson%northeastern@csnet-relay (ARPAnet)

From: Chris Johnson <JOHNSON%northeastern.csnet@csnet-relay.ARPA> Hello! Hi, Chris! Give Charles Ro a try; they're in Malden. They used to be a block from the MBTA Orange line, but their latest ad in MR said that they'd moved. They're the biggest local Lionel dealer, and they have pretty good prices, although almost anything from Lionel can cost you a major limb or two. Dennis
