Howdy citybuilders of North America. A novice city-builder has a question: Often, the query function and the 'icon' for developed areas disagree on the value and density of the zones. Also, query sometimes says that areas are growing even at fast rates, but they never develop. Any suggestions? Also, any tips you may have for novices (n=but no spoilers) would be appreciated.
