I'm posting this on behalf of a bunch of Psychologists here in
Edinburgh. It's a very worthy cause so please read on ...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

We are a group of psychologists involved in the use of the Macintosh on
a programme of head-injury rehabilitation. We have identified some games
which we would like to use with patients, but would be most grateful for
suggestions of others which could prove useful. We want tasks which combine
time pressure with some additional mental load. The game Tetris would be a
good example. A certain task must be completed, requiring decisions and
actions, and that task must be done quickly before the player is overtaken.
The games would also need to allow a range of difficulty levels, but this
feature is part of most computer games.

All suggestions and recommendations would be most welcome. If you have time
to help, a *brief* description of the game would be very useful. Our thanks.
