I *just* bought a Mac IIci for use at home, and I bought SimCity (a program I have been longing for) and CANNOT get it to anything but bomb!!!! I have removed all my inits, turned off multi-finder, increased and decreased RAM cache, turned off RAM cache, set my monitor colors from 256 to black and white, trashed and reinstalled the application and support files and still cannot get it to do anything but bomb!!!!!!!! My machine has 4 meg RAM and an 80 meg hard drive. I have After Dark 2.0, SUM and SAM inits and oscar, but like I said I have removed all of them and everything still bombs. Believe it or not, I have read the manuals that come with game and still do not have a clue as to what happens. I receive an error code of ID=28 which by the use of System Errors DA reports: dsStknHeap Stach has moved application heap. I have no idea what this means ... can/does/will anyone/body help me ???????????? I will be eternally grateful, thanks in advance.
