I have written a hypercard game on the Macintosh computer which plays video poker, craps, keno, 5 and 7 card stud, blind poker, and several slot machines. I am still working on the program and am planning to add blackjack, roulette, and many other assortments of gambling games. (The stud games and blind poker pit you against 3 computer players). I am planning on distributing the video poker portion of the program free. Those users you want the whole package can register with me for some small sharewhare fee, probably around $15. Once registered, I'll send them the whole package. Sorry to have to do it that way, but I find that that's the only way people pay the shareshare.. I think it's a steal considering how many hours I've put into it... I really think that the game is fun to play, complete with sounds and decent graphics. It maintains an ongoing bankroll for many people, etc.. Although I am not yet ready to distribute even the video poker yet, I would just like to get a feel of how many people out there would actually be interested. If enough people are interested, I'll start packaging up the game to look presentable. (I initially wrote the program for only myself in mind) Please email me directly at don@nova.npac.syr.edu if interested. -- =========================================================================== Don Hewitt, Systems Programmer don@nova.npac.syr.edu Northeast Parallel Architectures Center (NPAC) Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY 13244
