Hello all,
Has anyone else out there upgraded their P51 program to the new
color version. I just did the upgrade, and now the new version is
having sound problems on my Mac II. The sound will only play when it
is changing. For example when you change throttle settings you can
hear the engine until it reachs the new speed, and then the sound
cuts out again, or when you fire the guns you only hear the first
several shots. I am running a original Mac II, 5 MB ram, System 6.02.
The problem remains the same with or without INITs loaded.
Has anyone else experienced these problems? I sent some E-mail to
the authors on Compuserve and they said that they have had one other
report of the trouble, but have been unable to reproduce it. If
you have experienced this problem please send some E-mail to the
authors at 76136.2045@Compuserve.COM . I would like to see this
problem resolved and I assume the more information they get, the
better chance they have of fixing it. Thanks!
Also, anyone care to discuss P51 dogfight strategies? I have a hard
avoiding the enemy plane let alone gunning him down, and everytime
I try a quick evasive manuver my wing breaks off! Any tips?
