There is a null password on the archive.  Just hit a carriage return.  
Apparently the poster put a password on the file by mistake and couldn't
remove it.  (There is no "remove password" command that I could find.)
I was using Stuffit 1.5 (or maybe it was 1.5.1) at the time.
