Hello, this should be a basic question for anyone who played the game Quarterstaff from Infocom. I bought this game a long time ageo, and hadn't have time to play with it. One of the reason is that I don't know how to use the coin with the compass parchment. The user's manual just give a example of VARTIX BLOODWORM, which didn't really tell me anything. The help provided in the game is no help at all in this, so can someone give me an example on how to follow the directon on the parchment? I have the coin and the parchment. Also, how do I heal my characters or get some rest? Everytime I tell my charcacter to rest, they just flip and turn and never go to sleep. Thanks for any help that you can give me.
