The following patch for Shanghai 2.0 fixes the bug that causes it to crash when you try to start a new game on certain machines (the IIci) with certain memory configurations (< 8 meg). You can apply this patch regardless of what machine you run Shanghai on. Using ResEdit, in CODE resource 3, replace: 486E FEFC A95E with: 2F2E FEFC A95E Of course, you should do this on a copy of the application. YOW! Now I'm really having fun! Rick "Oh yeah? I have heard that there is a small patch (applicable with ResEdit) that will allow Shanghai 2.0 to work on a IIsi, without crashing at the end of the game. Does anybody know where I can find it, or what it is? John Feinberg SUNY Buffalo
