what are the legal ramifications of programming a game that already is in existence.. i.e. if I were to program, by myself, using 100% of my own coding a game, let's say, just like Ancient Art of War.. Would I be liable for programming a game that is similar to that game? I would not be copying any grafics, but the basic concepts of the game.. The grafix may be similar but they would not be exactly the same and they would be all of my own creation.. Has anyone had these problems or tried to delve into them, if so, please e-mail me and I will summarize the answers.. Thank you very much, Kevin
