Just a few tips here for those just starting out... Some spoilers follow, so if you don't want'em, STOP READING! .............. Don't tell quequig the location of the treasure....... (OK, save the game, tell him, find out the password, then re-start)..... ---------------- SOme treasures are variable... always save the game just before opening a treasure, and then open it... If you don't like what is there.. just restart, and try again.... =============== On making levels -->> this is also variable! when a group member makes level, watch to see if he/she gets 3-4 items increased in the strength, intelligence, piety area, then see if you have 7-10 or so bonus points to assign to your academic, physical etc skills.. if not -- restart, and wait for another battle to trigger the level advancement, then check the trait increases as mentioned above... --- ... --- ... --- ... --- I you have 2 or more (I had 3) guys who would always make level at the same time, .... allow 1 to die once in a battle, and another to die twice in a battle ets., so their experience will be staggered, and allow them to make level seperately ( and consequently keep an eye on the various trait increases, and bonus points when they make level)...... +++++++++++++++++++++++ That's all I can remember now...
