For all of you old Apple II hackers out there, MECC has just released Oregon Trail for the Mac. It's a pretty good simulation of traveling down the Oregon Trail in 1848 - you have to watch your supplies, go hunting for food, etc. Fun for the whole family! The graphics are pretty decent, and I hear that they have a version (called Wagons West) that lets multiple Macs on an AppleTalk network represent different wagons in a wagon train. Is this a commercial release, or is it PD/shareware? God, I remember playing this game on a Commodore PET about 10 years ago, almost forgot how silly it was (and yet, so addictive...) -A Andrei Cogan (coganman@ocf.berkeley.edu) ||| "When in doubt, panic." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hofstadter's Law: It always takes longer than you think it will take, even if you take into account Hofstadter's Law.
