[comp.sys.mac.games] SimEarth Nukular Waste

wasg@diomedes.rice.edu (Eric Salituro) (05/15/91)

Maybe this is obvious, but I found out something pretty neat after my Sims
had a big nuclear war.

Of course the planet was littered with the high radioactivity symbols, and
the History graph showed the pollution meter to be pegged.

However, if you lower the area under the symbol below sea level, ta da!
the radioactivity disappears and the global pollution level declines.

Realistically, burying nuclear waste in the ocean isn't such a good thing,
but as far as SimEarth seems to be concerned, no problem!

I don't want to sell anything, buy anything or process anything, as a

anything sold or processed or...process anything sold...bought...or
processed...or repair anything sold,bought or...processed, you know, as a
career...I don't want to do that.
