Does anyone know if Thexder for the Mac is color? I used to have it for my //gs
and I thought it was one of my best games(next to Dungeon Master ;-))

Thexder is in colour on the Mac, however, it uses only 2 bit colour to
achieve 4 colours. It uses dithering to obtain more colours. It also
supports an MT-32 MIDI device (or any other multi-timbral synth) or 4
channel sound from the Mac's internal speaker.

Although Thexdar has many different sound channelers, it has weak sound.
I was told that it had excellent sound, but when I saw my friend's....
Yuck.

Well, I have Thexder and, yes I works in b/w and Color! It's a nice program, but very difficult. I can only make it to Level 4. I'm waiting to see if the guys from Sierra get Thexder II out, too.
