It works fine up until the Fiscal year end. When I get to the record part
i.e. record revenue, speed, etc. it works fine up to that screen, but when I
press enter to get to the part that offers me a job as a Hobo or something,
it gives me this:
UNIMPLIMENTED TRAP ROUTINE.. what is up???
  MicroProse, please tell me that you'll fix it!! p p p p p p p please!!!

What machine are you running on? How much RAM? How much RAM did you
give RT?

It works fine on a IIfx, 8M RAM, with a 3000K partition size (I had to,
I use a two-page 16-gray monitor).

He's on a plus, SE, or classic. The trap that's unimpimented just happens
to be _SetPalette. Those of us without color quickdraw don't have it.
I thought this was really annoying, so I wrote a little init (my first)
that patches _SetPalette. Don't use it on a machine with CQD (SE/30 on up),
or you lose _SetPallete. All it does is remove the 10 bytes passed to it
from the stack, and return. I tested it on RR Tycoon, and it worked.

It's freeware; but if you use it, please send me email. Just drop it into the
system folder and reboot. Oh, you must be on a machine with 128K ROMs or
greater; I use NSetTrapAddress(). (Guess I wrote it in C, huh? :-)

It's really simple, and if anybody wants the code, just write.
Here it is, binhexed. It's so small that I decided not to stuff it. Only 800
bytes...
