1] in the list of fleets assembled at a planet, always list the Colony Ships at the bottom. there are two reasons for this - first i usually move fleets of attack ships much more often than i move the colony ships and i like to have the attack fleet already selected in the window rather than having to manually select the fleet. second, when building up a new fleet at a planet, i like to watch the numbers go up, and if there is a colony ship there, i always have to re-select the attack fleet to see its numbers. yes i could move the colony ship into the fleet , but i like to keep them separate. 2] if the budget window is currently displaying a planets name, the selecting the planet in the main window should scroll the budget window so that the planets name can be seen. i.e. when you select show all in the budget window because you want to allocate funds to a planet, you should not have to search the window to find it. 3] i like the idea of fleet tankers to rescue stranded ships and extend the range of fleets. fueling stations on non-colony planets has been suggested, but i'd like to point out that the option already exists for non-habitable planets - you just keep around the miners even if they have nothing to do. thats all for now. -- thomas willett Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta gt4586c@prism.gatech.edu "Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent." - Salvor Hardin (Foundation)
