[comp.sys.mac.games] A game called Blade

In the August '91 issue of MacWorld, there is an ad for a game called 
Blade on page 260.  The artwork looks like something Psychosis would
have, and the description makes it sound like some sort of action game
for the color Mac II series.  Does anyone out there know anything about
this program?
