Greetings net-people. While sitting at my Macintosh and wondering where were all the great old adventure games that I used to play on my Apple //e, I came to the conclusion that I would have to write one. However my time, like most people's, is limited and my enthusiasm for a personal pet project wanes as I run out of ideas (not to mention the mental blocks) with no outside support. I have a proposition for some serious Macintosh programmers (or REALLY want-to-bes) who have similar pinings with a bit of spare time on their hands: a collaborative, distributed attempt at designing and imple- menting a 'great' adventure game. E-mail is a great method of asynchronous communication. If anyone is interested, please e-mail me and I can send you my initial specs. for a sci-fi type adventure for your perusal and comment. Probably the only requirements are imagination, dedication, and a working knowledge of Macintosh and C. I have no monetary ambitions for this project currently, and would probably want to draft up mutual non-disclosure agreements etc. before any serious work is done. Thanks! (This may prove to be an interesting experiment!) B. -- ( Bernhard S.
