Where could one find an alternate finder or multifinder? Also, for you programming buffs, how would one go about programming one? Thanks in advance, Dave

The Finder knows more than us mortals about the Mac OS, and pulls some strings we others aren't supposed to know about. A system running a non-finder finder wouldn't work as well as a system running Finder. If you REALLY want to do it, check the tech-note about sub-launching (176 ?
