	No, the fact that the criminal did not register the illegal
	gun simply gives the prosecutor one more book to throw.  Use

This kind of legal activity is not double jeopardy at all.  "Double
jeopardy" is where an individual is prosecuted twice for the same
offense.  It isn't double jeopardy to prosecute a single individual
for more than one offense.
