This question's probably been asked a million times already, but here goes: Is there any way to change the default page sizes in the Apple Laserwriter 6.x driver? We're trying to print a FrameMaker/Mac document to a Lino 300 printer. We want crop marks, but apparently there's no way to get them without specifying Tabloid size in Page Setup. This leads to an egregious waste of paper. However, if we were able to specify a paper size of, oh, say 9.5" x 13", I think we'd be all set. At a savings of 4" per page, for over 100 pages, it's easy to see how much waste we could prevent. Please reply by email or post to the net; I'll summarize any email replies I get if interest warrants. Thanks!
