I have a fairly large application which I'm developing in THINK C. It's too big to copy over onto a single floppy if the project file contains compiled code, but it all fits if I remove the object code. But, I can't remove the object code and then drag it to the floppy; I get a complaint from the Finder that there isn't enough space. I erase/eject the floppy - same problem. Doing a Get Info on the folder on the hard disk shows that the size has dropped down, so it should fit. Rebooting the Mac fixes the problem. So, my guess is that something somewhere isn't marking, or noticing, the drop in size of the project file and/or enclosing folder. The Finder reports the drop in size, it seems, but still thinks there's too much stuff to copy. Not a crippling bug, to be sure, boyo, but an embarrassing one. I'd be interested to know with whom the fault lies.
