This message is being posted on the behalf of a friend. ****************************************************************************** I had posted this messge in the sumex digest, but so far have only recieved inquires about answers that were supposed to come. Hopefully this newsgroup is a better place to post these questions. :-) While reading news in another newsgroup, I saw a mention of version of Macintosh OS for Pakistan in the Urdu language. It was reportedly developed by Apple, and is called UrduTalk. Does someone has any info about it, or how to obtain it in the USA? Also, are there any Urdu versions of popular mac software , like MacWrite or PageMaker, available? Along the same topic, if you check the newer system files with ResEdit, in some of the resources, there are options for setting the date/currency etc for a specific country from a long list. I played around with it but it did not appear to make anything different. How does that option work? I would appreciate if responses are e-mailed to me as well because the newsserver here is acting weird. Thanks in advance! =============================================================================== Bilal A.
