I checked this...so I turned off all inits by booting off of my wonderful "test" partition (a straight system and finder only boot drive). Didn't help...I still had problems under 6.0.3, 6.0.4, AND 6.0.5 (just tried that one). Perhaps my copy is bad? The Reference of course says it works. James -- James F. Maybe I have an init that as a side effect makes the menu editor work.... Where did you get your copy-- I got a copy of a local BBS and off of Developer IV (Discy Business), and both worked. -- Matthew T.
