Does somebody out there maintain a database of INIT incompatibilities? I have a stubborn problem that I can't solve with the tools and knowledge I have. I've tried INIT Tracker and INITScope, but they don't help a lot - everything and its brother uses BufTgFBkNum and BufTgFFlg, but this clash doesn't seem to indicate real trouble. I need something more specific. The problems I get are inability to write to a floppy drive and sporadic crashing on exit from some applications. Rebooting fixes things for a while. I Yes, there is a very comprehensive list and table and it is available from sumex-aim [36.44.0.6] via anon. ftp. You can find it under: /info-mac/card/init-info-42.hqx and it is a HyperCard stack.
