[fa.info-terms] Requests for Pointers

We are looking for pointers to the following info/software:

(a) CRTSTY and EMACS support for the BBN Bitgraph, for ITS, Tops-20, VAX/UNIX,
    VAX/Eunice, and/or Vax/VMS (full screen, not VT52/vt100 mode).

(b) a mailing list of people using the BB&N Bitgraph.

(c) VISICALC or other spreadsheet program (there is one called "Jericalc?")
which really uses the full screen of the Bitgraph.

(d) Information of new VT52 or VT100 compatible 24x80 CRT's under $1K that
work well with emacs at 1200+ baud. Going to the trouble of detaching the
kbd (not to mention building!) of H19's is a real pain. A detached keyboard
(maybe even a meta key?) and decent kbd feel would be a great win. TOTAL
VTxx compat. isn't essential (e.g., slow scrolling isn't desired), but
sufficient for Emacs without hassle is. We've seen ads for a Televideo
something (a new one, not their old losers), but the engineer thinks it
wants 50+ pad chars to clear the screen at 9600 baud!

Thanks, Mark

I have appended the latest bbn-unix termcap entries for the BitGraph, which
should work with Gosling's Emacs on either vax-unix or vax-vms. Older
versions of this emacs have been known to coredump with line widths greater
than 80 characters, so you may need to recompile your emacs or narrow the
termcap entry.

INFO-BITGRAPH at MIT-MC (and INFO-BITGRAPH-REQUESTS...) is a mailing list
for BitGraph users.

A spreadsheet program called EZcalc runs on vax-unix and BBN c70-unix
systems and (through termcap) works fine on the BitGraph, full screen. It
is being marketed on the c70's by BBN Computer Company; you might contact
Bill Mann (mann@bbn) about vax-unix availability.
