Well, I've gotten my modem from ACG, and I for one have no complaints
with their service. I gave them the money, they gave me a modem, and
from then on, I just called the manufacturer with questions.
BTW, I can highly recomend the modem. If you can find a better 300/1200
(212A) modem for under $500, I'd like to know about it. I don't know
if ACG is still selling them (GDC212A) at the same price, but if so,
they're a great buy. They do need slight modification to work in a
home environment (a 7.6k resistor and a momentary contact switch),
but GDC is happy to tell you how.
