I have forgotten how to up the maximum number of files but I'm certain someone here knows how. Something else you might want to consider however is that C++ uses HUGE quantities of memory. Even simple MacApp programs (is there such a thing?) may require that MPW be set to around 3 megs. I know that I've seen wierd inexplicable error messages when my memory has been set to low. -- Jim Spencer - via The Minnesota Macintosh Users Group UUCP-Fido Gateway UUCP: ...uunet!tcnet!kksys!edgar!mmug!22.510!Jim.Spencer INET: Jim.Spencer@p510.f22.n282.z1.mmug.edgar.mn.org
