The System Seven provides a new and better Finder interface.
But it seems that it could be very much improved by giving a
way for developper to define their own "Finder objects", like the
System file in System Seven, which can be opened by double-clicking.
Also, if one could add menus to the Finder menu bar...

Well, this has been already debated but what IS the position at Apple.
The main question is: When?
I have heard about Finder extensions that could do this in some way.
When will they be available?

Also, what about the paradigm shift from applications to documents.
This would really be very interesting. Even if it's not Macintoh
anymore. What are the Apple plans about that? Are we condemned to
have a application paradigm till the end of the times? Or should
we shift to more innovative platforms?

On the same line, when will the Toolbox be rewritten or MacApp
integrated in the ROMs?
