[comp.sys.mac.system] hiding Suitcase on Apple menu?

jim@nature.berkeley.edu (03/20/91)

In a student MacLab I would like to make fonts and DAs available
from a fileserver via Suitcase II, but I don't want users to be
able to get into the Suitcase configuration dialogs by selecting
Suitcase in the Apple "DA" menu.

Once Suitcase is properly configured, can it somehow be hidden or removed
from the Apple menu, while still being able to perform its services?

Use ResEdit to yank the DRVR resource out of the already-configured Suitcase
II. Make sure no DAs are open when you do this.
