Will Appleshare still have a use after System 7?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, Appleshare will work in system 7. I am running it right now with system
7.0b4 on an SE and 2 classics and have had no problems at all.

hi,
just to clean a slight missunderstanding:
I suppose you meant if you still have a use for appleshare since there
is personal filesharing.
The answer is yes because there is a limit of simultaneously connected users
in the personal filesharing.
However you can use personal filesharing to run a bbs on your local machine
or something alike.
hope that helps.

Oliver.

Also, machines running 6.x and AppleShare can access the disks of
System 7.0 machines with Personal FileShare.
