Does anyone know if it is possible to convert an AppleShare "Users and Groups" file into a format that will be usable by System 7 File Sharing? The two files appear to have the same TYPE signature, but different creators. When renamed and put in the correct place in the System 7 System Folder, File Sharing refuses to start up (without comment or error message.) thanks. -lil- -- L. G. I don't know about the prospects for converting those files, but I sure hope the AppleShare 3.0 upgrade handles this issue. One should not have to recreate the entire user list again, and again...
