[fa.info-terms] Need 5425-4425 terminfo data

Would someone send me the TERMINFO data base or source fot the
ATT-Teletype 5425(4425) terminal. System 5.2 does not have it in
the package, and trying to create it using the terminfo manual and
tic has produced some wierd results.
