[comp.sys.mac.system] Booting off a files server under sys 7 ?

jww502@anu.oz.au ("John W White") (05/08/91)

I heard a rumour a while ago that under system 7, people would be able to boot off a file server. The reason I ask is that there are a few MacLabs here and it would be nice to run system 7 on these Macs. Sooooo, Is it possible ?

Thanks,

Dave.

I think you will need AppleShare fileserver 3, which currently the rumour
mill suggests will be released September/October this year.
