The "How to Install," "What's New," and "Macintosh Reference" manuals will also be included. That's great for individuals, but not so good for large companies with purchasing and accounts payable departments that eat invoices and sales receipts. This is often a problem with software upgrades where it's free if you bought the software after a certain date. Quite often, I just pay the upgrade fee rather than try to get a copy of the invoice or receipt. In this case, we'll probably have to tell people to get the software from someone else and to buy the manuals if they really want them.
