Interactive_program has many printf and scanf statements. One problem is that while input lines appear on the CRT as they are typed, the output lines generated by the printf statements are squirreled away by UNIX and are only later dumped to the CRT a buffer-full at a time. Another problem is that the typed input lines do not appear in "save". I'm trying to get the CRT and "save" to look identical to what I see when I just run "interactive_program". Any suggestions?
