[net.bugs] Echo command too verbose

sdo (04/01/83)

Whenever I use the echo command it prints all its arguments.
I already know what the arguments are since I just typed them there.
I think there should be a "-q" option to tell echo to be quiet.
The offending line looks something like "putchar(*cp);" where cp
is looping through the arguments. Is this a bug or a feature?

Try the >/dev/null option.

It's a joke, right?
