You need the following _resources_ from the French system file (to be
installed into the system file):
- itlk (not sure what this does, maybe not needed)
- KCHR (this is required)
- SICN (the small icon used by Keyboard cdev, not necessary)
If I remember correctly, the resources should all have ID = 1 (i.e.,
French).
You may want to have a freeware utility "Keyboard Switcher" for easy
switching between different keyboard layouts (Finnish & French, I
suppose).
