I am a consultant for a University run computer site. We just got 21 IIsi's to replace our aging plus's. Everthing has been Ok so far. We have been having problems in the form of bus errors everytime we try to run Excel 2.2 or Cricket Graph. I assume these problems are a result of our IIsi's not having FPPUs. The Excel problem has been fixed by upgrading to Excel 3.0. Does anybody know if CG will run with the Psuedo-FPU cdev? I also have another question. We have also been getting bus errors in normal operations. For instance, I was trying to put footnotes in a document with Word 4.0 and it would crash everytime giving me a bus error message to stare at on the screen. I can't explain this. Does anybody know why this is happening? Is system 6.07 flaky? Please help! I'd appreciate any help that anyone could give me. Thanks in advance ;) Steve White swhite@brahms.udel.edu
