[comp.sys.mac.misc] DeskTop Manager Docs

I can get DeskTop Manager Init from the Oscar package at apple.com .
However, that package doesn't contain the DeskTop Manager Docs. Where
can I get the init and docs? I think I want DeskTop Manager but I
like reading docs before invoking powerful magic ...
