For Sale:
Odesta's Double Helix 3.0.r1 (single user) database software for the
Macintosh...
What you'll get:
The complete package they sent me for an upgrade, (including the original
shipping box! ooooh! aaaah!), a complete set of manuals, still shrinkwrapped in
the original shrinkwrap, all disks that came with the upgrade (they've only
been inserted in a drive once--to make sure they were readable, and didn't have
any viruses, etc.), and every little insert they sent with it.. I'm selling
everything that came in the box, folks.. I'll also throw in the first two
copies of The Helix Journal, the publication put out by Odesta relating to
Helix stuff... Along with all THAT, I'll even mail you all the
updates/mailings/information/whatever they send me, if you like.
Price: $275, US dollars
I've looked around at some of the mail-order places for Mac software, and this
undercuts the ads I saw by about $65. I would like to sell it for $275, since
it's in brand new condition, but if I must, I will haggle..
Shipped via UPS.
Reason I'm selling: I've GOT to have an HP48sx... and besides, I don't
really NEED database software.

Also for sale: the original (I think) version of Helix. It says on the box
"For 512 Macintosh...[....]" I'd let it go for $150, or make an offer. The
hardware to this software (ie: manuals, box, etc.) isn't in quite as good
shape as the Double Helix stuff, but it's still nice. Even has a cowhide-bound
manual case.
