We have a postscript rendering of the official University of California letterhead. It works fine, but is a huge file. Worse, when stuck in the header of a Word 4.0 file, it doesn;t display properly (obviously), so it is impossible to preview the file properly. (whoever said the Mac was a WYSIWYG system?) I would like to translate the postscript to a viewable graphic, ideally in quickdraw or the equivalent so that: 1. it will display properly on the screen so we can get the proper preview of our documents 2. It will printout on the printing device at the appropriate resolution (300 dpi now, but maybe more when better laser printers are available). Anyone have suggestions on how we can transform the existing postscript into another form? Going to display postscript would be fine if this were a NeXt machine, but is not an option. Note that we have a mix of machines, from powerful, large memory Macs to weak, low memory Mac +'s -- all of whom have this problem.
