Can someone please give me some info on how to return a couple of those bad
Quantum drives for ones that don't have lubrication problems?  My boss just
decided it's time to exchange the two we have.  Of course he waited until
this information was *long* gone from the message base!  Thanks.

Apple doesn't actually replace the drive - they just switch PROMs.  Just
take the computer to any Apple dealer (call first to see if they do the
repair) and they'll exchange the PROMs for no charge.
