Can someone please give me some info on how to return a couple of those bad Quantum drives for ones that don't have lubrication problems? My boss just decided it's time to exchange the two we have. Thanks. > Apple doesn't actually replace the drive - they just switch PROMs. Just take the computer to any Apple dealer (call first to see if they do the repair) and they'll exchange the PROMs for no charge.
