One of the most nice things about the Macintosh is resources. With ResEdit you can modify existing applications to suit your needs. The big problem for us foreigners is that most freeware/shareware- developers don't use them. I have tried to translate several programs to swedish but mostly I can't. Some programs use menu and string resources for most of the work but change menu items on the fly with ordinary strings that I can't patch because of different length. Some also make assumptions about the keyboard. What do you say, developers? I know we Swedes are not that many ;-) but I'm sure there are others that also would like to use your good work in their own language. Kent Boortz boortz@sics.se
