Trying to sell an IBMer on the MAC he asked 'well can it display in VGA graphic mode' or some such qyestion. I told him that all macs - even the mac plus - are the equivalent of VGA, with it's square pixels... the MAC has always had square pixels! Am I right ? Thanks .. :)

I think the Mac XL's didn't have square pixels. But then, they didn't start out as Macs. --Mark

Part of the conversion to a Mac XL was a mod to the video to make the pixels square.
