I am looking for a program to import EPS (ecapsulated postscript) and convert it to either PICT or TIFF format. The EPS is bitmap images from an HP Unix X windows application. Know of an application that does this for sure?

You might want to try either VISION LAB, available on most online services, or
GIF Converter available from Compu-Serve. These will import one file type and
convert them to another. You're best bet is with Vision Lab tho'
